  • Too many worry and burden

  • Too many food and drink

Too much of what we want.

When we look back one day, we realize that we have...

  • Lost our time

  • Lost our space

  • Lost our health

  • Lost our happiness

  • Lost our focus

  • Lost our relationships

More importantly, we lost control of our lives.

Perhaps you've already noticed it, but when you look around at the people beside you, you convince yourself, "Everyone lives like this."

You feel dissatisfied, but powerless; you try to change, but nothing seems to change.
